Cuffed and selfbound on my bed

Icetimer device at my left hand which takes about three and a half hours to melt. Spreaderbar at my knees. Feet tied wied out. Stick gagged. Neckbelt, breast belt and stomach chain around the backrest of the bed. No way to get out. I sat a timer for the light so the last two hours I was sitting in complete darkness.
